Volunteer Opportunities are listed below by grade. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CLEARANCES TO PARTICIPATE. Anyone without clearances will be removed from Field Day volunteer opportunities. 

We are asking parents to please be mindful and selective as all parents would like to and should be able to participate in this awesome day! Please note that we do reserve the right to remove excess sign ups to allow all parents the opportunity to participate.

We are offering a special Field Day Lunch for students on Field Day. Standard student lunch options will also be available as usual.

The special Field Day Lunch is $5.00 and will include the following:
- 2 slices of Pizza Roma cheese pizza
- Apple from Soergels Orchards
- Mini pretzels
- Rice Krispies treat

*Gluten Free options available upon request. Please email hosackPFA4kids@gmail.com to request gluten-free meals.

***ALL STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW TO INDICATE A LUNCH CHOICE FOR FIELD DAY***  Please choose whether your student will buy the pizza lunch, buy regular school lunch from the cafeteria, or pack a lunch from home.  PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to buy regular lunch from the school cafeteria, the options available are Peanut Butter and Jelly or Chef Salad.

Lunch orders for students must be ordered by Friday, October 2nd. Late orders cannot be accepted.

Kindergarteners do not participate in lunch on field day. Please complete this form if your student is in grades 1-5.
