We need your help to make the 32nd annual Dessert and Auction night a success!

32nd Annual Dessert & Auction Night

When: Friday, April 19, 2024 – 6:00 to 8:00 pm

Where: Hosack’s Multipurpose Room

As always, admission and desserts are free!!

 

1. Bring the whole family and a dessert to share.

2. Buy auction tickets - $0.50 each, 2 for $1, 10 for $5, 20 for $10, 40 for $20

3. Fill out each ticket with name, classroom and phone number. Basket winners are called by name, not number. Winners do not need to be present.

4. Parents, place tickets for both you and your child in the auction box next to each basket you wish to try to win. Baskets include interests for both kids and adults.

5. Enjoy your dessert, listen to the DJ and catch up with other Hosack families. Winning tickets will be drawn starting at 7:00 pm.

 

AVOID THE LINE AND BUY YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE until Friday, April 12th

Presale Special – 50 tickets for $20. That’s 10 FREE TICKETS!

 

★ The homeroom with the highest presale ticket amount will win 5 free tickets per child and teacher.

★ Tickets will also be sold during school hours for the student basket preview times on Friday, April 19

, and at the door the evening of the event until 6:45 pm.

★ All funds earned this night go directly to support our children with enriching activities and needed educational resources.
